Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Pompano Beach Realty Corporation www.PompanoBeachRealty.com and other sites owned or operated by Pompano Beach Realty Corporation on which this notice appears or is linked (“Site” or “Sites”) are owned, operated, and maintained by Pompano Beach Realty Corporation (PBRC). This Site follows the safe harbor provisions of 17 USC § 512, otherwise known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As such, Pompano Beach Realty Corporation will respond to written notification of copyright infringements in accordance with the DMCA.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by PBRC or by a third party who has provided content on our site, please provide all of the following information in writing to the Pompano Beach Realty Corporation Designated Copyright Agent listed below:

1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
2. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
3. An address, a telephone number, and an e-mail address where we can contact you;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;
5. A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Pompano Beach Realty Corporation may request additional information before removing any infringing material. PBRC may provide the alleged infringing party with your e-mail address so that that person can respond to your allegations.

Agent and Independent Contractor Copyright Compliance Policy

Pompano Beach Realty Corporation maintains a strict policy prohibiting agents, broker associates, sales associates, independent contractors, assistants, staff, and affiliated personnel from using third-party photographs, images, renderings, graphics, videos, screenshots, or other copyrighted visual materials without proper written ownership rights or direct written licensing authorization approved by the Broker.

Agents may not use photographs from Google Images, Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS screenshots, builder websites, developer websites, social media platforms, competitor websites, unlicensed stock photography, or any other third-party source unless full legal authorization has been obtained and approved by the brokerage.

Only the following image sources are permitted:

* Original photos personally taken by the agent
* Professional photography ordered by the brokerage, seller, or authorized party
* Media directly provided by the property owner with written permission
* Properly licensed commercial stock images with documented proof of license
* Brokerage-owned branded content approved by management

Full agent responsibility for all copyright claims, including damages, settlements, attorney fees, licensing fees, court costs, and any other expenses arising from the unauthorized use of third-party photos, videos, graphics, or other copyrighted materials.

There are no exceptions to this policy unless approved in writing by the Broker.

Pursuant to Title 17, United States code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Pompano Beach Realty Corporation’s Designated Agent listed below.
